Who Am I?

I’m an aviation professional with more than two decades of experience in aircraft maintenance, mechanical quality assurance and leadership. With a strong engineering background and a FOCA Part 66 B1 Aircraft Engineer License as my foundation, I’ve built a career that blends deep technical expertise with an unwavering commitment to safety, precision, and reliability.

I’ve worked across the full span of production and maintenance environments from hands-on mechanical inspections to strategic quality oversight. My responsibilities have included ensuring regulatory compliance, performing and approving inspections, issuing flight-related authorizations, optimizing daily operations, and helping to strengthen the quality culture within teams and organizations.

I’m passionate about mentoring people, improving processes, fostering cross-department collaboration, and making sure that the details that matter never slip through the cracks. Continuous improvement isn’t just part of my job it's something I genuinely enjoy driving forward.

Aviation has always been more than a workplace to me; it’s where engineering, responsibility, and craftsmanship come together. Looking ahead, I’m also exploring the idea of launching a podcast focused on aircraft maintenance and production, giving space to the stories, challenges, and innovations that shape our industry.
